Location: Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

Scale: 13 hectares.

Application of 3D Laser Scanning technology to digitize the as-built construction status and to update the 3D model of the Cam Ranh Bay Hotels & Resorts project.

Consulting services:

• Developing 3D BIM models for the Cam Ranh Bay Hotels & Resorts project based on 3D Laser Scanning data and the full set of design documents provided by the Owner. The BIM modeling scope includes the landscape of Zones 1–8 and typical villas such as C1, C2, and B1.
• Producing Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and architectural video products based on the BIM model.
